Uberflip Certifications
Uberflip, a content experience platform, launched two certifications as part of their training hub, Uberflip Academy. The goal of the courses were to educate customers and engage prospects with both Content Experience and the Uberflip platform in a way that was both educational and insightful. The build utilized the Uberflip platform and stream structure, creating an experience that was an extension of the product.
Building out the certification programs
Following a recent brand refresh, this project marks one of Uberflip's newest and most expansive endeavors. Maintaining visual distinctiveness while aligning with our overarching brand identity was paramount. To achieve this, we remained faithful to our core color palette of navy, rubine, and electric blue, while creatively incorporating visual textures and forms inspired by our corporate branding.
Our target audience spans various stakeholder and user groups, necessitating a language, branding, and tone that resonates universally, irrespective of their familiarity with Uberflip and its products. To ensure inclusivity and relevance, we meticulously outlined the needs, pain points, and use cases of three primary user segments.
Creating an LMS within Uberflip
As the experience spanned multiple platforms - Uberflip, Typeform and Marketo, it was important to inspect the flows to ensure a cohesive brand experience. Each platform offered it's own flexibility and limitations in terms of customization. From the point of discovery to the pass email triggering a personalized certificate ready for download, consistency of messaging and visual identity was key to emulate an LMS as closely as possible.

Project impact
Within a week of launching, all 3 user groups had engaged with the programs, were sharing their certificates on Linkedin and prospects were sparking meaningful conversations with BDRs, resulting in a huge brand lift overall.
Customers were reaching out to deconstruct how the marketing team had emulated an LMS for their own training hubs, leading to an important additional use case and the Academy acting as a showcase for how much Uberflip could be customized.
